recent versions of both Internet Explorer (5+) and Netscape (6+). In certain
circumstances, from certain networks, however, we have seen issues with

Rearden Commerce Browser Compatability
Rearden Commerce's procurement engine supports IE 6.x, IE 7.x, Firefox 1.5 and Firefox 2.0 on the Windows platform. For Mac users, the Rearden system
supports Firefox 1.5 and Firefox 2.0.
Website Communication
All communication information on our website is transmitted through the use of a Class 3 SSL certificate issued
by Verisign. For more information, please view the certificate on this website.
Portal System
Cain Travel manages account level configuration and data for each of its corporate customers through the
use of our Portal System. Information contained within the portal system is stored in a secure partition of our
website, and is accessible only through authentication.
Profile Management System
Cain Travel utilizes a proprietary system
for management of its clients' profile data. Through
this system, information may be
synchronized with the reservation systems in use by Cain Travel's agents, and
with the online booking system(s) that are available to our customers. This system is supported by an
extensive security scheme that implements the use of database level encryption, SSL and a security heirarchy to limit/allow
access to specific users. All data transmissions to 3rd party vendors are done through specific security methodoligies established
between Cain Travel and the third party vendor. For details see each applicable vendor below.
Rearden Commerce
Cain Travel transmits data to Rearden Commerce on behalf of customers that select Rearden Commerce as their online procurement
tool. Information is sent to Rearden Commerce through the use of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 1.1.
Travelport
For customers that select the Travelport engine for procurement, information is delivered through the use of Travelport's SSO
functionality. Cain Travel has a trusted relationship with Travelport, and delivers information secureley to Travelport on our
customer's behalf.
Reporting
Historical purchase data is made available to users through our Portal System. All credit card information is masked in accordance
with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards, and data is filtered based upon a heirarchy to deliver information on a
need-to-know basis.
Your Information
Cain Travel does not sell, redistribute or mass market to our
clients. Information contained in your profile is utilized solely to assist us
in booking your travel, and in managing your online purchasing relationship if
applicable. Galileo, Travelport, Rearden Commerce other vendors that we work with are bound by Cain Travel's policy, and
will not contact you directly for any reason.
